Stella offers several collections, including:

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Stella provides free UPS Ground shipping for all domestic orders. International orders over $200 are shipped free via UPS Worldwide Expedited, excluding duties and VAT.

How do I return or exchange a watch?

You can request a return or exchange within five days of receiving your watch, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. Email info@stellawatch.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and a brief explanation. Stella recommends using UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance for returns. A 10% restocking fee may apply

What is your preorder policy?

Preorders are charged in full at the time of purchase. While ship dates are firm, unforeseen delays may occur. Stella will notify customers of any delays and offers full refunds before the item ships if needed.

What does the Stella warranty cover?

Stella watches come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty excludes damage to the band, crystal, or any part not expressly covered, as well as damage from abnormal or unreasonable use

How should I service my watch?

It's recommended to have your watch serviced by a reputable and experienced service center every few years to maintain optimal performance.

What payment methods are accepted?

Stella accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Maestro. PayPal is also accepted.
