Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within five days of receipt. Your watch must be in new condition, not having been worn or altered in any way, in its original packaging with all pieces intact. In order to initiate a return or exchange, please email info@stellawatch.com with "RETURN" in the subject title with a brief explanation of your return. We will then contact you with confirmation. We highly recommend packing up your watch securely and returning it via UPS or Fed-Ex with a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods. Upon receipt and inspection of your merchandise, we will issue a credit, refund or exchange. Stella Watch Company reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking and handling fee and any additional shipping, duty, or customs fees.
